However, it was retired in 2006 to align with urban development and address environmental concerns. Built on the southern bank of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou's Binjiang District, Fengyuan Station stands as a vibrant children's playground. It plays an integral role in the extensive 12-kilometer waterfront public space revitalization project within Binjiang District, a creation of TJAD's Original Design Studio.
The "Children's Paradise" is undergoing a transformation with the aim of addressing issues like monotonous running and cycling paths, limited connectivity between the riverfront and the surrounding areas, and a shortage of essential service facilities. Situated amid a lush forest setting, Fengyuan Station seamlessly combines service amenities and landscape design with a well-established children's play area.

Suzhou River Park is a visionary project that aims to reestablish a strong connection between a building, its adjacent park, and the surrounding transportation infrastructure.
