The beginning of construction work on the Riviera Tower took place earlier this year. The structure is scheduled to be finished during phase 1 of the Ellinikon project, and handover is anticipated to occur during the first quarter of 2026.

The Riviera Tower has Mace and Jacobs working together in a joint venture to serve as a project management consultant for the building.
